- Order Cancellation
1.1. Same-Day Delivery Orders: For orders requesting same-day delivery, cancellation requests must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Refunds for such cancellations will be processed in full.
1.2. Standard Delivery Orders: For orders with standard delivery options (delivery date beyond the current day), you can cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund.
- Product Quality Issues
2.1. Flowers: As flowers are perishable items, we guarantee their freshness for a minimum of 48 hours from the delivery time. If the flowers delivered do not meet your expectations or are not fresh within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team with photographic evidence. We will either arrange for a replacement or issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.
2.2. Cakes and Chocolates: In case of any issues with the quality of cakes or chocolates delivered, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence, and depending on the situation, we will either replace the product or provide a refund or store credit.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery
3.1. If the delivered product is significantly different from what was ordered, or if there is any damage to the product due to mishandling during delivery, please contact us within 4 hours of receiving the order with supporting images. We will initiate an appropriate action, which may include a refund or replacement.
3.2. In case of delivery to an incorrect address or if important delivery instructions were not followed, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please ensure that the delivery information provided is accurate and complete.

4.1. Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 2 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
4.2. In cases where the payment was made through bank transfer, please provide your bank account details for us to process the refund.
