Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CountryFlora, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal in perishable and time-sensitive products such as flowers, cakes, decoration services, and event bookings, our cancellation and refund policy is structured accordingly.

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

✅ Cancellation Before Processing

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are prepared or dispatched.

  • Cancellation requests must be made through email or customer support.

  • Eligible cancellations will receive a 100% refund.

⚠ Same-Day & Midnight Orders

  • Orders placed for same-day or midnight delivery cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

  • Once the product is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.

🎉 Decoration & Event Services

  • Decoration and Limelight Events bookings may require advance payment.

  • Cancellation for event services:

    • 48+ hours before event: Eligible for partial refund (after deducting operational costs).

    • Within 48 hours: Non-refundable due to preparation and resource allocation.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following situations:

✔ Eligible Refund Cases

  • Order not delivered due to our internal issue

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product delivered (with photo proof within 1 hours of delivery)

  • Delivery attempted but failed due to our operational error

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Recipient unavailable at the delivery address

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Minor design variations (as flowers and cakes are handcrafted products)

3. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products:

  • Customers must notify us within 1 hours of delivery.

  • Clear images must be shared via email or WhatsApp.

  • After verification, we may offer:

    • Replacement of product

    • Partial refund

    • Store credit

Decision will be taken based on case evaluation.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.

5. Corporate & Bulk Orders

Corporate and bulk orders may have customized cancellation terms based on order size and agreement. Advance payments for customized orders are generally non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure

CountryFlora shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Traffic disruptions

  • Strikes

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, we will attempt redelivery or provide suitable resolution.

Flowers, cakes, and perishable items are prepared fresh and customized per order. We request customers to review order details carefully before confirming purchase.
