Shipping & Delivery Policy

At CountryFlora, we are committed to delivering your emotions safely and on time. Since we deal in perishable and time-sensitive products like flowers, cakes, gifts, decorations, and event services, delivery timelines are carefully structured.

Please review our delivery terms below.

1️⃣ Delivery Coverage

We deliver across major cities, tier-2 towns, and selected remote locations in India through our trusted delivery network.

International customers can place orders for delivery anywhere within India.

2️⃣ Same Day Delivery

⏰ Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders must be placed before 6:00 PM IST for same-day delivery.

🚚 Delivery Time Window:

  • Delivery is typically completed within 3–4 hours from order confirmation.
  • Actual timing may vary depending on city, product availability, and local logistics.

⚠ Important Notes:

  • During peak days (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Festivals, etc.), delivery may take longer than usual.
  • Exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed unless a fixed-time slot is selected (if available).

3️⃣ Midnight Delivery

🌙 Availability:

Available in selected cities only.

⏰ Delivery Window:

  • Midnight orders are delivered between 11:00 PM – 11:50 AM.

📌 Conditions:

  • Midnight delivery charges may apply.
  • Not available in all remote areas.
  • Subject to local regulations and security restrictions.

4️⃣ Fixed Time / Scheduled Delivery

Customers may select a future delivery date at checkout.

  • Standard time slots (if available) are indicative.
  • Exact hour delivery is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.
  • Additional charges may apply for fixed-time delivery.

5️⃣ Standard Delivery (Non-Urgent Orders)

For orders scheduled in advance:

  • Delivery will be completed between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST.
  • Rural or remote areas may experience extended delivery windows.

6️⃣ Decoration & Event Services

For decoration services and Limelight Events:

  • Delivery includes setup and execution at the scheduled time.
  • Setup timing will be pre-confirmed with the client.
  • Delays due to venue access restrictions are not the responsibility of CountryFlora.

7️⃣ Corporate & Bulk Deliveries

Corporate deliveries may be executed:

  • In batches
  • As per mutually agreed schedule
  • Subject to advance confirmation

Bulk orders may require additional processing time.

8️⃣ Delivery Attempt Policy

If the recipient is unavailable:

  • Our team may attempt contact via phone.
  • The order may be delivered to:
    • A family member
    • Neighbor
    • Security/reception desk
  • Redelivery may incur additional charges.

CountryFlora is not responsible for incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

9️⃣ Delivery Delays (Force Majeure)

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic congestion
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Local law enforcement rules

In such cases, we will attempt delivery at the earliest possible time.

  • Delivery time is an estimated window, not an exact commitment (except confirmed slots).
