2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Same-day delivery orders are accepted till 6:00 PM IST.

Midnight delivery is available in selected cities only.

CountryFlora reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete information, or payment issues.
In case of cancellation from our side, the full amount will be refunded.
3. Delivery Policy

Same-day delivery is typically completed within 3–4 hours, depending on location and product availability.

Delivery timings are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

For midnight delivery, delivery may occur between 11:00 PM – 11:50 AM.

If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be delivered to a neighbor, security desk, or rescheduled as per policy.
4. Product Substitution

Flowers, cakes, and décor items are subject to seasonal availability.

In case of unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute products with items of equal or higher value.
